Dr. Susan DeLaney graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a registered nurse and practiced, for 8 years, in various clinical settings. She then entered the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland Oregon, one of the three accredited schools of Naturopathic Medicine in the United States. Dr. DeLaney received her medical degree from the four-year program. She then completed her residency training with a Homeopathic physician in India where homeopathy is a standard medical practice, as it is today in England and Germany.
Returning to her native North Carolina, Dr. DeLaney set up medical practice in Carrboro where she has been treating patients since 1987. Dr. DeLaney uses centuries-old natural, non-toxic therapies informed by the most current advances in the study of health and human systems.
Dr. DeLaney works Monday through Friday. She spends an hour and a half with you for your first visit which costs $160. All visits after that are half hour appointments and cost $55. Half hour visits can be also be done by phone if need be. Children under 1 year, for their first visit, is 1 hour and costs $110.
